THIRTY THREE - BY MICHAEL BOOTH AND ALISTAIR POWNING

UPSTAIRS AT THE OLD FITZ THEATRE

A brand new initiative from Red Line Productions, the first of a new series of performances, exclusively upstairs on Level 2 of the Old Fitzroy Hotel.

After their sell-out season in 2011 at the Tap Gallery, Cathode Ray Tube join forces with Red Line Productions and bring back their skilfully woven ensemble comedy-drama.

With a stunning new cast, live music and free-form dancing, all performed in the intimate confines of the upstairs bar of the Old Fitzroy Hotel, Thirty-Three promises to be a unique and exhilarating theatrical experience not to be missed. It was supposed to be a low-key dinner party...

To celebrate her 33rd birthday, Saskia invites a handful of her closest friends into her Sydney terrace for an evening of food, music and laughter. But when her estranged little brother mysteriously shows up, the proceedings take on a decidedly different turn, and a friendly evening ignites into a wild night of booze, games, and shocking revelations.
